HOW TO LOSE YOUR LOVER
OWEN'S GOT A PLAN, OR HAS HE?
HE'S REALLY NOT VERY SURE...

DIRECTOR: Jordan Hawley
PRODUCERS: J. Todd Harris / Jordan Hawley

CAST
Poppy Montgomery, Paul Schneider, Tori Spelling,
Jennifer Westfeldt, Fred Willard

SYNOPSIS
How to Lose your Lover is a grown up romantic comedy that zings with clever one liners and has just the right amount of knowing cynicism.  Owen (Paul Schneider) is an L.A.-based writer who's lost sight of his own dreams while writing about the sensational (and not so sensational) lives of z-grade celebrities. When he is cruelly dumped by his girlfriend, he quits his job and makes plans to leave LA the city that he kind of loves yet hates at the same time. To ensure that he can't go back to his old life he tells his friends what he really thinks about them....

He plans to start again on the east coast. A fresh start. A new beginning.

Where he can fulfill his dreams and not be seduced by all that fake LA bullshit. But then meets the funny and beautiful Val (Kissing Jessica Stein's Jennifer Westfeldt) at the airport on his way there.

Owen decides to stay behind to date her on his own terms, which means moving faster than Val would perhaps normally want. He meets her parents, he meets her friends, she meets his friends all within a few days and he finally realises she is not for him. So if not Val then who?

The director and writer Jordan Hawley ˆ a former TV writer for "Mad TV" and "Frasier" ˆ has created a smart comedy that can't help but bring a smile to your face.
